[1000mp] Remote operation of the 1000MP

I use TRX Manager for almost a year with with FT-1000MP en later with the
Mark V. It works great without any difficulties. I have Windows 98SE on my
Pentium. Also use TRX Manager with the FT-847 and the IC-756ProII without
any problems.
