I had a problem of HI swr recently on my MP as well. Over the years the
constant movement of the antenna cable against the back of the rig had
cracked the solder joint between the board and the SO239 antenna sockets.
It may be worth your while to remove the cover and resolder all the
connection round the antenna output board.
