[1000mp] Question about receivers...

The article I referred to when I came down to the final decision as to which
major transceiver to purchase was in QST.  I don't remember the issue, but
the operative line went something close to "the Mark V is simply the best
receiver we have ever tested."

That seemed pretty conclusive to me . . that and I spoke with a couple of
big time contest operators.  I wonder how the numbers hold up.
