[1000mp] Audio white noise with volumne off? (MP or Mark V)

The 1000MP hiss is from two source's..... the radio noisy 455khz IF ( also
present in the FT-990) and the noisy audio PA. The DSP filters fix's the IF
noise to a certain level, but the audio noise can't be fixed, unless you run
a hi fi audio amp to the fixed audio outputs on the back. I had an MP but
had to sell it , because I could not take all the hiss it produce's. It
drove me nuts !!! Some ham's here the noise , some can't...... My ear's are
sensitive to it .......
