What you heard is not correct.  The Mark V Field has a built in TCXO with=

ppm accuracy at 25 degrees C.  For those who need a more precise frequenc=

standard (0.25 ppm), an optional "deluxe" unit (TCXO-6) can be purchased =
to
replace the factory-installed unit.  This is the same option as the Mark =
V. =
