Who ... exactly should we submit our comment/concerns too
as to ways to improve the Reviews ?

Things like showing pictures of HORRIBLE CW keying on a
recent Icom review, and then the text not citing the possible
problems (or solutions) from that ...

Or doing the review of the Yaesu VL-1000 and NOT telling
folks that the final transistors are no longer available as a
stock item from most distributors ...

Those type of actions tend to cause me to discount what
I thought was the best unbiased source amateurs have to
make wise investments.

Some of the "non-technical" wording sure comes across
as "despite the technical flaws advertising" at times.
