[1000mp] MP->computer all in one cable?

Has anyone ever made a cable for their MP to their computer that encompasses
all connection in one cable.
The wiring behind my MP to my computer is abominable.
I'd like to make a cable that has PTT line from my com port, all the sound
card connections to the RTTY and PACKET connector, cw key line from the
serial port.

Looks like I need at least 10 pair to supply all this.

What would you suggest beside the fact it should be shielded?
Cat cable with the twists? But I don't think it comes in enough pairs.

How about the cable from a old Motorola control head?
