Yes, I did (three times). The results are really excellent.
And yes, the RX performance is improved. The S/N is noticeable better then
without the IF-modification.
I did not have any problems installing the mod. Just read the instructions
carefully and take your time to install the mod; it took me about half an
hour.
I really can recommend it to all Mark V owners.
