[1000mp] Typical Setting for Menu item 9.1?

I have the operating manual and a document called Technical Overview for the
Mark V. Is the Technical Overview the same as the Technical Supplement? I
can find no reference to the 9.X setting in these documents. If the
Technical Supplement is a different document is it available from Yaesu?
