[1000mp] 6 Meter transverter

My personal opinion is that the money would be better spent by buying
another radio with 6 meters in it. Or, even a single bander. The
reason for this is that I often monitor 6 meters on my FT-920 while I am
working HF on my 1000MP. If there is a 6 meter opening, I don't miss it
because I am on another band. With 6 meters, openings can occur
suddenly, and not last long. I had a 10 min. window into Europe on 6
just the other day, if I would have been using a transverter and been on
HF I would have missed it. Also, I finally got Japan for my last one for
WAC on 6. It has been a great 3 months now on 6. So, thats my two
cents worth, from a 6 meter nut.
