[1000mp] MpFilters and Mpcw4Win Updates

New versions of MpFilters and Mpcw4Win are now available for download
from VA3CR's Web site at http://www.qsl.net/va3cr/ .  In the past six
months since their last release, two users have had problems with the
programs not being able to find the FT-1000MP and Mark V.  In the new
versions, those users report that the program are now able to find the
radio on any com port.

If you have had any problems with either program finding the radio on any
of your com ports, I recommend that you download the new version.  The
file name to download MpFilters (new version 2.3) is MPfiltV23.zip and
Mpcw4Win (new version 1.3) is MpcwV13.zip.

You should uninstall the old version of the program(s) via the
"Add/Remove" icon on your control menu before installing the new
version(s).

MpMem V4.0, released last July, already has the updated MP search
routine, so that program is ok as is.
